We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our HR department in the automotive/automobile industry. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and foster a high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, benefits management, and employee reward programs.
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- 8 to 13 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the automotive/automobile industry.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry-specific regulations.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
