Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in butchering and preparing meat products according to established guidelines.
- Operate butchery equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain quality and freshness.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Follow sanitation and food safety standards to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in meat butchery and food preparation (minimum of 3 years).
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in a professional butchery setting (up to 12 years).
- Experience with quality control procedures and meat inspection.
- Knowledge of different meat types and cuts.
