Adjunct Faculty contribute to AIU’s mission by teaching undergraduate courses and mentoring students in a collaborative and innovative learning environment. This position is open to local candidates within Kuwait only.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses within assigned disciplines.
• Prepare and deliver engaging course materials aligned with curriculum standards.
• Support student learning and success both inside and outside the classroom.

• Collaborate with full-time faculty in curriculum development and program assessment.
• Participate in periodic evaluations and contribute to continuous academic improvement.
