Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring issues related to application software and operating systems; identify the root cause of problems and classify their priority, severity, and nature.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT and telecommunications equipment.
  • Conduct system error analysis, health checks, corrective maintenance, and performance optimization for critical infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and proper installation of new equipment, ready for operation as scheduled.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations for hardware and software standardization.
  • Ensure seamless integration of desktop computers with various systems, including validation systems, file servers, email servers, conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative platforms.
  • Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations, settings, installation processes, and rollback instructions.
  • Manage printer servers and cloud printing solutions.
  • Deploy periodic Windows updates, McAfee antivirus packages, and security patches.
  • Customize applications on Citrix VDI servers and provide client support for call centers, premium dealers, franchises, and retail branches.
  • Install and troubleshoot MFP printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Perform hard disk demagnetization to ensure secure data handling and prevent loss.
  • Conduct POC testing and provide post-launch support for new applications and application version upgrades.
  • Validate, install, and troubleshoot VPN clients.
  • Provide technical support for in-house and offshore events and promotional activities.
  • Deploy and upgrade operating systems (OSD) using Microsoft SCCM.
