• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues in a professional manner.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic math skills for order taking and processing payments.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food and beverage operations.
• Training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
