Location: Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai
Salary: 2,500 to 3,000 AED (based on experience)

Position Overview:
As a Tele Sales Agent, you will play a key role in generating new business and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective clients via phone, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our agents. You will work closely with our sales team to support our company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Present and promote our real estate services and listings to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on client needs, interests, and budget.
• Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
