Key Responsibilities:

 

Inventory Management:

Receive and inspect incoming materials and products for quality and quantity.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

 

Storage and Organization:

Organize and store materials in designated areas to maximize efficiency and safety.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations in storage practices.

 

Distribution:

Prepare and dispatch orders for production and distribution as needed.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

 

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, and shipments.

Generate reports on inventory levels and assist in forecasting needs.

 

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized storage area.

Participate in training programs on safety and food handling procedures.

 

 

Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

2+ years of experience in inventory management or storekeeping, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
