- Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Chef in preparing high-quality Italian cuisine, with a focus on pasta and pizza dishes.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and timely service.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Skills
- Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role in Italian cuisine.
- Knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Desired Experience:
