Out systems Lead Developer
Job Description:
Primary responsibility will be creation of large or complex applications that facilitate the achievement of business outcomes through the use of process and technology
• Design, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust OutSystems applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and code reviews.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Perform code optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system integrity.
• Stay current with #OutSystems platform updates and industry trends, recommending improvements and optimizations.
• Ensures that others involved in a project or effort are kept informed about developments and plans
• Ensures that regular consistent communication takes place within area of responsibility.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience as an #outsystemsdeveloper with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role and 5+ experience in software development.
• Able to set up , customize, and manage OutSystems Infrastructure/environments.
• Android and iOS native app life cycle and supported features (in-app storage, authentication, push notification).
• Strong proficiency in Out systems development tools and technologies.
• Experience in working in Agile / Scrum projects.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Developing automation applications SAP based business process.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive Developer or Associate Tech Lead).
• Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and cloud platforms.
KEY SKILLS
• Proficient in OutSystems development, including Reactive Web and Mobile applications.
• Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Strong expertise in database design and SQL optimization.
• Good knowledge of web-screen, module, lifecycle events, roles, aggregates, and timers.
• Complete knowledge of OutSystems platform components and Tools (Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service center, Workflow Builder and Lifetime).
• Solid understanding of Outsystems 3 layer canvas, best practices and security features.
• Good knowledge of Microservices, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax;
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Outsystems deployment
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
