Your Role and Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Work directly with clients to understand technical requirements.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Sales Support

  • Partner with the sales team to craft strategies and identify opportunities.

  • Contribute to a strong sales pipeline by supporting prospecting efforts.

Technical Expertise

  • Use your knowledge of SaaS for industrial solutions to lead technical discussions.

  • Provide hands-on support to clients during implementation and integration.

Partner Collaboration

Coaching & Mentoring

  • Train and coach partners in both technical knowledge and sales strategies.

  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance partner performance.

Product Feedback Loop

  • Provide real-world feedback to improve product functionality and usability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).

  • Experience in technical sales or industrial software is a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

  • Willing to travel regionally/internationally (30-60% travel).

  • Based in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, or Americas (other locations considered for strong candidates).
