We are a newly established trading company dedicated to our clients. As we embark on our journey of growth and innovation, we are seeking a proactive and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant located in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and operations, including:

  • answering phone calls and managing correspondence
  • scheduling appointments and maintaining documentation
  • coordinating with suppliers and vendors as required and handling inventory
  • assisting with finance-related tasks including preparing quotations and invoicing
  • preparing documents, presentations and reports as needed
  • support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

 

 

Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in finance-related tasks
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized and capable of managing office filing systems
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
