Waiter/ Waitress

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and meeting customer needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and table settings.
• Stay informed about menu items, specials, and ingredients to provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Address guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties as required.
