We are seeking a Female Executive with 3-5 years of experience, with strong proficiency in English and Hindi. The candidate should have prior experience in sales or marketing and be capable of building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and negotiate to guide clients through the sales process.
Record client feedback, manage customer database, and ensure continuous engagement.
Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Possess effective presentation skills to convey ideas, products, and services to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Skills Required:
Business consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
