Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant managers to achieve overall GTRC sales revenue and Profit & Loss goals.
- Lead and manage the marketing team on a daily basis, defining clear roles and responsibilities for each team member.
- Support sales operations by identifying and reducing business inefficiencies.
- Execute all marketing activities in coordination with principals and respective Division Heads.
- Foster internal and external relationships to maximize synergies and outcomes.
- Develop an annual business plan that reflects brand positioning, with a strong emphasis on new brand launches.
- Propose and implement trade and consumer promotions to enhance distribution and sales performance.
- Design, draft, and negotiate key Business Development Agreements.
- Organize and lead the “Monthly Activity Cycle Meeting.”
- Negotiate Advertising and Promotion (A&P) funds.
- Manage the allocation of promotional stock.
- Strategically plan and communicate all activities with concerned managers.
- Oversee Point of Sale (POS) materials and assets, maintaining a control sheet for tracking.
- Provide financial performance insights by brand.
- Share competitive intelligence with principals and GTRC management through standardized reports.
- Conduct post-activity evaluations, including Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
- Monitor and report on market share performance by brand.
- Recommend pricing strategies for aging and nearly expired stock and propose corrective actions.
- Recommend and oversee training programs for merchandisers.
- Analyze GTRC’s shelf share by brand and provide actionable insights.
