Ensure alignment with the Shutdown Management System (SDMS) and all components of the Progress Measurement System. Develop, monitor, and report on progress to ensure all deliverables meet SDMS requirements and the highest standards. Support for Project Management Teams (PMTs) and Contractors: Provide support to PMTs and contractors to ensure execution aligns with the Shutdown Management System. Ensure full compliance with the system to achieve project goals. Tracking and Reporting Progress: Track the progress of gate deliverables related to shutdown project execution activities. Collaborate closely with the PMT to monitor and evaluate progress. Progress Reports and Schedule Maintenance: Prepare monthly progress reports on SDMS deliverables. Maintain a detailed schedule and planning as per Shutdown Management System guidelines. Shutdown Meetings and Site Visits: Participate in shutdown meetings, workshops, and site visits to fabrication yards. Engage in discussions to ensure effective planning and execution of shutdown tasks. Independent Work on Broad Assignments: Work independently on broad assignments while adhering to company objectives and professional standards. Ensure all phases of shutdown activities are carried out safely and efficiently in compliance with the SDMS.
