Job Summary
The IT Business Partner for SAP MM/WM with S/4 HANA expertise acts as the primary liaison between the IT department and business units, ensuring that SAP solutions align with business goals. This role focuses on the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP MM and WM modules within S/4 HANA to improve business operations and processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of SAP MM and WM within S/4 HANA, including user training, support, and process optimization.
- Conduct business process re-engineering, gap analysis, and design solutions to align SAP MM/WM functionalities with business needs.
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM/WM and L1 technical support during the implementation phases.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), secure sign-offs, and prepare go-live strategies for SAP MM/WM modules.
- Monitor issue resolution in SAP in accordance with SLAs and provide required analytics and reports.
- Identify and incorporate best practices into the SAP MM/WM program, ensuring quality control and proper documentation.
Skills and Knowledge
- In-depth expertise in SAP MM/WM within S/4 HANA environments.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with IT solutions, translating functional needs into SAP solutions.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, ensuring the delivery of SAP projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in SAP MM/WM and 2 years in the GCC region preferred.
Competencies
- Collaboration, accountability, resilience, and quality focus.
- Expertise in Agile development, stakeholder management, and governance.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- SAP or equivalent ERP certifications are highly desirable.
