- Identify and onboard new HORECA clients in the Food and Sweets sectors, using a consultative approach to understand and address their specific catering needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA clients, with a focus on expanding sales opportunities and cross-selling a range of value-added HORECA products.
- Lead initiatives to secure seasonal deals with key clients, including event planners and venues, ensuring mutually successful and profitable partnerships.
- Promote and introduce the Baraka product line to popular coffee chains, such as Caribou and Costa, enhancing our presence in the HORECA sector.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to strengthen market presence and uncover new catering opportunities.
- Negotiate HORECA contracts and close deals efficiently to meet revenue targets and boost client satisfaction.
Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the Food, Sweets, or related industries, specifically in B2B, HORECA, or catering channels.
- Proven success in securing major HORECA accounts and driving product sales in the sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales and negotiations, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences in the Food and Sweets catering market, with the capability to propose customized product offerings and solutions.
