We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager for our smartwatch division. This position is focused on managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the smartwatch market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management, a passion for technology, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each key account.
Market Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our smartwatch products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking performance against targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability while fulfilling client needs.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and their staff on product features and usage.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics sector.
Strong understanding of smartwatch products and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform strategy.
