Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each key account.
  • Market Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our smartwatch products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking performance against targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability while fulfilling client needs.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and their staff on product features and usage.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong understanding of smartwatch products and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform strategy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
