	Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel strategies aimed at optimizing performance across various trade channels, including cooperatives, branches, supermarkets, and traditional trade.
 - Identify and build relationships with key trade partners and distributors to enhance market reach.
 - Negotiate and oversee trade agreements that encompass pricing, promotions, and distribution terms.
 - Monitor and evaluate channel performance, making necessary adjustments to strategies in order to meet sales targets and respond to market demands.
 - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotions and campaigns tailored to specific channels.
 - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
 - Create and execute field sales strategies and action plans that align with overarching business goals.
 - Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and gather market insights.
 - Analyze sales data and market trends to pinpoint opportunities and challenges within the field.
