You will be responsible for conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance on the Rail Electrification (REL) Systems.

What are my responsibilities?

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including repairs on REL Systems (750VDC & 11kV), as well as UPS and batteries (250VDC).
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the Overhead Catenary System (OCS) as covered by the maintenance section.
• Install hardware and troubleshoot issues within the REL and SCADA systems.
• Convert maintenance data into electronic formats for usability.
• Complete all necessary training and assessments to achieve expert-level technician status as required by the maintenance organization.
• Provide support to maintenance staff in the upkeep of REL, SCADA, and OCS systems.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Skills:

• Knowledge of 11kV and 750VDC systems, OCS systems, and SCADA hardware and software, with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with REL and OCS tools and equipment.
• Valid Qatar light vehicle driving license.
• Proficiency in CMMS Software.
• Good physical condition.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Meets Class 1 fitness requirements.
• Diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in REL installation, commissioning, or maintenance.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
