Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to help implement effective processes across Gamzland and drive business growth. You will evaluate the operational methods of our departments and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes
• Contribute to strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT and customer support
• Analyze business requirements and customer needs
• Research and implement methods to improve operations and reduce costs
• Monitor and report on department performance
• Supervise and train employees
• Provide administrative support (e.g., inventory updates)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar role
• Knowledge or background in Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment sector is a plus
• Hands-on experience with implementing operational processes
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong understanding of operational principles and policies
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Team leadership experience
• Knowledge of setting staff targets
• Ability to multitask
