Key Responsibilities:

• Odoo Development: Design and customize Odoo modules based on specific needs, including coding, debugging, and creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Module Management: Install, configure, and manage Odoo modules and their dependencies.
• Database Management: Handle backend data tasks, such as creating, modifying, and maintaining database structures.
• Integration: Connect Odoo with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Testing and Bug Fixing: Conduct thorough testing for all developments and modifications; identify and promptly resolve bugs.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing issues related to Odoo applications.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all development and customization work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Odoo Developer Certification.
• At least 10 years of experience in Odoo development.
• Must reside in Kuwait and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Python programming and familiar with PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
