Role Description:
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Site Engineer to join SDPM International in Kuwait. The engineer will be responsible for MEP coordination, managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on projects, overseeing project management duties, and ensuring compliance with international standards.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an MEP Site Engineer on project sites in Kuwait.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- KSE Certified.
- Relevant certifications in MEP or Project Management are an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Experience in MEP coordination and building services.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Experience in project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Skills:
- Experience overseeing MEP installations, coordinating with construction teams, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure timely and budget-compliant MEP implementation.
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed MEP system drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for liaising with architects, structural engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems.
- Experienced in using CAD applications to meticulously create MEP system drawings, ensuring precision and compliance with project requirements.
