Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure the spa facility is clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Set up spa and workstations, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the shift.
• Assist with keeping linens clean and tidy, replacing them between sessions.
• Sterilize equipment to meet hygiene standards.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Consult with clients to determine the appropriate massage services based on their needs.
• Provide massage services as outlined in the spa brochure.
• Maintain accurate records and file necessary documentation.
• Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable during their sessions, and actively encouraging regular massage appointments for continued benefits.
• Strong attention to hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring a clean, sanitized workspace, and maintaining professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
• In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, enabling precise identification of trouble areas and the effective application of pressure and techniques for relaxation and healing.
• Thorough familiarity with hygiene and safety guidelines, ensuring the workspace is consistently sanitized, and conducting all client interactions with professionalism and ethics.
• Expertise in applying various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage, tailoring each session to meet the client’s individual needs for a fulfilling experience.
