We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team.
The individual will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Responsibilities
- Works with the head of department to help reach the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Branding – Assist in maintaining a positive image with standardized guidelines across all sites, collaterals, and business units
- Branding – Assist in the development and implementation of new business units (logo designs, brand colors, etc).
- External Communications – Assist with editorial pieces & media content.
- External Communications – Assist with editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all publications including arranging interviews and press releases to promote the company.
- External Communications – Assist with the appearance of all print and digital materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, use of logo, awards, etc.
- Internal Communications – Assist to develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist various departments in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.
- Assist with creating and developing content for keeping up to date all stakeholders with latest communications including newsletters, newsflash, flyers, posters, etc.
- Assist with the development of strategic digital campaigns including social media as well as and develop impactful strategy content development and tracking performance.
- Assist with maintaining all websites up to date, development of new content as well as updating each website with new dynamic elements.
- Assist with film/phot shoot for each site and business units.
- Events: assist with the management of all internal and external events.
- CSR: assist with the development and implementation of impactful activities to deliver the message of the company’s commitment to social responsibility and sustainability.
- Admin: Assist with the day to day tasks of the department (arrange payment, liaise with suppliers, etc.)
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or Journalism or Digital Marketing
- Proven work experience with B2B background
- At least 3 to 4 years in a similar role in Marketing or Corporate Communications
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction would be a plus
- Proficiency in English with excellent written skills. Arabic would be a plus
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
