Nurse

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid nursing background and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients’ conditions and developing appropriate nursing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patients’ vital signs and reporting any significant changes
• Assisting in diagnostic tests and analyzing the results
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans
• Offering emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
• Documenting patients’ medical histories and progress
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions and preventive measures
• Adhering to all healthcare protocols and guidelines

Preferred Candidate:

• Valid nursing license in Kuwait
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Nurse
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Capacity to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures
• Compassionate and empathetic disposition
