Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients’ HVAC requirements and recommend tailored maintenance solutions.
- Develop and present competitive, precise maintenance quotations.
- Engage with clients to understand and resolve specific HVAC concerns.
- Follow up on quotes to finalize agreements and nurture client relationships.
- Stay current with HVAC systems, service offerings, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related area, particularly in MEP maintenance.
- Strong understanding of HVAC maintenance service quotations and pricing structures.
- Proficiency in accurately costing and pricing HVAC maintenance services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual, with fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
