Responsibilities:

  • Keep records of company licenses and employee residency, tracking expiration dates.
  • Manage all company licenses, including those issued by the Ministry of Trade, Fire Department, Marketing Department, Ministry of Interior, and any showroom-related banners.
  • Arrange for the periodic renewal and system updates of licenses.
  • Organize both physical and digital filing systems in compliance with immigration and labor requirements.
  • Ensure timely renewal of employee visas and company licenses.
  • Represent the company before legal entities.
  • Arrange medical tests and any additional processes required for residency permits.
  • Handle document attestations through embassies, ministries, and other relevant departments.
  • Stay informed about legal practices and regulatory changes; communicate relevant updates to concerned parties (HR, Management) and ensure compliance with the law.

Skills Required

  • Open to non-Kuwaiti nationals only.
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and Ministry regulations is essential.
