Developing specifications for products and processes.
Establishing raw material requirements for suppliers and ensuring their compliance.
Evaluating the company’s production processes and formulating internal quality policies.
Ensuring manufacturing processes meet local and international production standards.
Collaborating with quality teams to implement systems, procedures, and operational standards.
Performing quality audits to verify adherence to established quality policies.
Training quality assurance staff to build a strong and competent team.
Creating procedures for sampling, recording, and reporting data.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Quality Manager.
- A results-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
