  - Securely handle cash and electronic transactions, minimizing errors.
  - Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the remittance business.
  - Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  - Strong community connections in Kuwait.
  - Persuasive skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty to the exchange service.
  - Ability to calculate competitive exchange rates in line with the exchange house’s interests.
  - Proficiency in computer skills for efficient preparation of client remittance applications.
  - Capable of generating at least 300 remittance applications daily with excellent accuracy.
  - Punctuality and a professional demeanor.
  - Focus on expanding the client base to increase remittance volume.
  - Adherence to the rules and regulations set by the exchange house and regulatory authorities.
  - Cooperative and respectful attitude towards colleagues within the branch.
