Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Handle customer creation and processing.
  • Request Processing: Receive and validate documents, input data into SAP, and process team requests related to routing allocation, article extension, specifications, and other requirements.
  • Centralized Coordination: Centralize all PMT requests for tracking and follow-up purposes.
  • Pricing Templates: Prepare and share daily/weekly pricing templates with office and store team leaders for discount calculations.
  • Order Processing: Finalize sales order (SO) processing for invoicing after quotations are submitted by sales representatives, attaching pricing and allocation confirmations.
  • Order Updates: Update D&I (Distribution & Inventory) information for each order, centralizing tracking and follow-up on all related requests.
  • Credit Processing: Submit daily credit invoice batch documents to collections and monitor credit customer account statuses. Centralize tracking and follow-up on account status updates or unblock requests.
  • Customer Engagement: Track customer visit requests and evaluate out-of-office/store lead generation efforts in terms of trajectory and time investment.
  • Competitor Analysis: Gather and prepare weekly competitor information, collecting tracking data from team members and online sources for review during meetings.
  • High-Value Deals Tracking: Monitor and report daily/weekly progress on high-value deals (above 10KDK) and tenders using Asana.
  • Opportunity Monitoring: Track missed opportunities and analyze repetitive high-loss issues for resolution.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department head and manager.

Candidate Requirements:

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
