Job Summary: The Assistant Sales Manager is tasked with selling cars and managing the showroom’s daily operations. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting sales offers, and facilitating test drives for interested clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the showroom is fully prepared to welcome customers, including the proper display of vehicles in an attractive and presentable manner.
- Oversee the execution of marketing activities and keep the sales team informed about new events or campaigns.
- Collaborate in forecasting and determining vehicle order quantities to streamline sales flow.
- Supervise the delivery process to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Brand Manager in maintaining daily operations in line with the principal company’s guidelines.
- Generate and manage all sales reports based on business and management requirements.
- Monitor the sales team’s performance to ensure a high conversion rate of leads into sales.
- Ensure sales executives follow up on all leads from CRM, social media, prospecting activities, and walk-ins to convert them into buyers.
- Guarantee that all sales executives offer and conduct vehicle test drives, contributing to the achievement of test drive targets.
- Handle customer complaints within the showroom and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all touchpoints in the showroom to meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Participate in project work as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Open to candidates of Lebanese, Jordanian, Palestinian, or Syrian nationality.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with up to 2 years in the automotive sector preferred.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Capable of representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
