An Admin Associate (CPV) plays a vital role in providing administrative support within the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations. They handle tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating various office functions to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Customer Verification Profile (CPV) and assess all submitted documents for each application.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of credit card applications.
- Experience with Oracle, CRM, and similar systems.
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures within the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager to improve or enhance department work and performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
- Review and analyze documents and information.
- Prepare reports.
Skills:
- Proven experience in administration.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Highly organized and responsible, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
