- Preparing the budget for submission to the Ministry of Finance for approval.
- Reviewing the final approved budget entries in the system to activate the accounting system.
- Monitoring and reviewing periodic budget reports, tracking spending ratios from the budget, and preparing necessary periodic reports to inform departments about spending ratios and project completion percentages.
- Reviewing quarterly actual expenditure reports, uploading them to the “Maliyah” system, and providing a copy to the ministry.
- Making necessary updates for review by the Head of the Budget Department and the Head of General Accounts before final presentation to the Director of Financial Affairs.
- Deducting financial obligations for transactions scheduled for payment before the disbursement process.
- Informing the Head of the Budget Department of Ministry of Finance transfers, noting any discrepancies.
- Reviewing trial balance balances, closing accounts, and making necessary adjustment entries monthly.
- Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Head of the General Accounts Department.
Skills Required:
- Experience in the government sector.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, in both spoken and written forms.
- Public speaking, presentation, and listening skills.
- Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Negotiation and meeting management skills.
- Ability to make accurate decisions under work pressure.

- Ability to manage work pressures effectively.
