✅ Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
- English speaking is mandatory
- Must be skilled in:
- Pulling up and replacing gland packing
- Removing and re-installing pumps, motors, and mixers
- Replacing V-belts and couplings
- Replacing mechanical seals in pumps and compressors
- Performing alignments using the reverse dial gauge method
