Job Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for software, hardware, and basic networking issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
Support end-users in resolving technical issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and device troubleshooting
Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and maintain system documentation
Collaborate with other departments to deliver effective IT solutions
Qualifications & Skills:
Saudi nationality is required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience
Proficiency in Windows operating systems, basic networking, and Microsoft 365
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to user needs
