Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Prepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHAD regulations and requirements.
  • Manage the testing and commissioning processes with a focus on safety.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in construction within UAE/GCC, with expertise in testing and commissioning.
  • Education: BSc in any discipline with an attested degree.
  • Certifications: HSE related Diploma (NEBOSH / NVQ Diplomas), NEBOSH IGC.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of OSHAD regulations and requirements.
  • Location: Preferably currently residing in the UAE.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
