About the Function

The Customer Service Representative role encompasses various customer assistance duties, including Parking Administration, Concierge, and Guest Service Operations.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English; basic spoken Arabic is an advantage.
  • High School Certificate or Diploma.

Performance-Driven Culture

  • Accurately respond to guests’ inquiries using provided knowledge.
  • Communicate any workplace issues.

  • Stay vigilant for any suspicious activities.

Specific Functions

Parking Administration Function (Parking Attendant):

  • Operate paid self-parking booths.
  • Accept and process parking fees using a computerized cash register system.
  • Generate revenue reports and handle daily revenue deposits.
  • Prepare incident reports and assist guests with directional information.

Concierge Function (Shop and Drop Runner):

  • Safekeep and retrieve guest shopping bags following standard operating procedures and safety practices.

Guest Service Operation Functions (Doormen):

  • Open doors, greet guests, and provide directional assistance.
