Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Assist in the creation of menu items and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commi or similar food preparation role.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality food preparation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience working with Italian cuisine is highly desired.
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
- Experience working in a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen.
