Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction work for residential plots and villas
Manage projects from excavation through to finishing stages
Accurately read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations
Coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure project progress and quality
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in civil site engineering, preferably in residential housing projects
Strong ability to read construction plans and perform BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Valid Kuwaiti driving license and own car are mandatory
Must be currently residing in Kuwait
Salary:
Monthly salary ranges from KWD 400 to 700, based on experience and qualifications
