Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective in-person training sessions for the Certified Financial Manager (CFM) Level 3 program.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
- Facilitate class discussions, case studies, and practical applications to enhance student understanding.
- Assess and monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and certification standards relevant to financial management.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of the program.
Requirements:
- Certified in CFM Level 3 (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in teaching or training in finance or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, strategic financial planning, and decision-making.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with adult learners and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Doha, Qatar.
