Job Description:
The Asphalt Foreman will be responsible for directly supervising asphalt paving operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and achieving project objectives. The role includes leading the work team, resolving technical issues on-site, and coordinating with management to ensure smooth operations. The role requires in-depth knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Requirements:
•Experience: Preferred experience in asphalt paving and managing work teams.
•Qualifications: A professional certificate or specialized training in a related field is preferred.
•Required Documents: Valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC).
