Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Tech Lead to join our team in Kuwait. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a solid background in managing technical projects within the e-commerce sector. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the development and execution of innovative solutions, manage technical teams, and ensure the successful delivery of various e-commerce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable e-commerce solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality products.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Optimize and maintain existing systems and applications.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coding and development.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply best practices in development.
Skills and Candidate Profile:
Open to candidates of all nationalities.
5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce projects.
Proficiency in technologies and frameworks relevant to e-commerce platforms.
Background as a web developer in the e-commerce sector.
Experience with Magento and Flutter.
