Housekeeping Staff
We are looking for dedicated Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Dubai. The Housekeeping Staff will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for guests and staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards.
Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and polish furniture.
Replenish room supplies such as drinking glasses, bathroom items, and towels.
Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Ensure that all guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Assist in managing laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing linens.
Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure proper handling of lost and found items according to company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
