Instructional Designer- Freelancer Role
Job Description:
- Conduct needs analysis by identifying the performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create, select and/or suggest learning experiences
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
- Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs
- Develop scripts and storyboard e learning content and instructional videos
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
- Create evaluation tools, organize focus groups, and conduct evaluation surveys, monitor and review ROI of e learning
- Work with the production team to produce learning content
- Review and ensure that quality are met as per the defined standards and style guides

Tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop
- Articulate 360, Storyline 360, Rise360
- Microsoft office
Familiar with video and audio editing
